کوٹلی کیوں خاص ہے؟
کوٹلی شاید کشمیر کا پہلا نام نہ ہو جو ہر شخص کے ذہن میں آئے، لیکن یہی چیز اسے دریافت کرنے کے قابل بناتی ہے۔
