Hospitals in Pakistan are organised in layers, from teaching hospitals to district (DHQ) and tehsil (THQ) facilities. This site gives no medical advice.
Health is a provincial subject after the 18th Amendment. That is why service quality looks different in Lahore, Turbat and Hunza. The network has three layers:
Punjab has the thickest hospital network. Sindh’s capacity is concentrated in Karachi and Hyderabad. KP improved immunisation but mountain districts still send serious cases to Peshawar. Balochistan’s distances mean an ambulance ride can last half a day. These are planning facts, not insults.
This website does not diagnose, prescribe or sell treatment. It only names facilities and quotes official statistics.
